Welcome to  the South Central Shrine Clown Association (SCSCA)!  Our clowns, otherwise known as Joeys, are composed of members of units from Shrine Temples located throughout Arkansas, Louisiana and Oklahoma. 

 

Our next clown competition will be held in Shreveport, LA at South Central Shrine Association's Annual Ceremonial Meeting, June 1st - 5th, 2023  .
